TASTING NOTES

SEASCAPE RANGE

I am super excited to share my new wine releases from diverse vineyards in the Cape South Coast, the Seascape Range. These grapes hail from Elim, Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, Sondagskloof and Benede-Duivenshokrivier. Each wine has been carefully crafted with passion and expertise, capturing the distinct characteristics of its respective ward and my expression as winemaker. These new releases offer a glimpse into the Cape South Coast and are a true reflection of the beauty and diversity found in this area. The label is a creative extension of what you can expect in the bottle. All my gratitude to Rohan Etsebeth for capturing my thoughts and ideas so beautifully with the illustrations.

TASTING NOTES:

RESERVE RANGE

The Reserve Range expresses purity, balance and elegance in my wines without compromising on complexity, intensity or gravitas. Meticulous vineyard selection culminated in the creation of these world class wines. They are amongst the most elegant of Elim wines, and effortlessly reflect the quality and style that Elim is capable of.

TASTING NOTES:

TSW RANGE

The TSW range tend to show an underlying elegance and gracefulness with its grapes sourced from two separate regions – the Cape South Coast and the contrasting Swartland.
