Grapes were harvested during the first week of March 2019. The parcel was whole bunch pressed and naturally fermented in French oak 500L & 300L barrels. Extended lees contact and a total of 10 months in oak. Bottling took place beginning of 2020.
Complex aromatics of hay, lime, pear and white peach plus vanilla and some leesy complexity. The palate has super-concentrated fruit and driving acidity before a finish that is pithy, even slightly grippy. Great purity and wonderfully harmonious.
